WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

This is a great question.... Also without context is a very broad question as well.
If it is a total body workout you can always start with the basics like:
Bootyband  - Great for abductors and aid leg workouts
Resistance Bands - To assist with pull ups / chin ups / tricep pull downs - Rotator Calf activation - Multiple purposes
Barbell - If you have the funds a single bar bell with 2 weight plates  - recommend light and medium
Multiple workouts can be programmed using the above equipmentf. With the correct knowledge and technique alot can be achieved.

 

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?

With most of the coaching staff having 8-10 year experience in Brisbane as health & fitness professionals we not only know our stuff, some of our trainers have had extensive injuries such as, full Achilles Tendon ruptures, ACL, MCL with full recoveries made using this knowledge to support our clients longevity and quality of life.
